  Whether I order online or by calling, I have received excellent customer service and the pizza is very tasty. Tried their brownies and they were amazing.

  The actual food is great, but the customer service sucks. I don't need people working somewhere to roll out the red carpet for me, or even be nice, just do your job right is all I want. We order from here a lot at work, and anytime I call to place an order it's like they can't get me off the phone fast enough, which would be OK, I like getting things done fast, but at least let me tell you what I want to order before you rush me off the phone as fast as you can. They ask stupid questions over the phone like what size pizza and what toppings, but then they leave out questions like what sides you want if any, and what kind of crust you want, so if you don't interrupt the the person taking your order to tell them those things I guess they'll just surprise you. Also, the delivery time is inexcusable. They'll say it takes an hour to deliver when we're 10 minutes away from them, and then it takes longer than an hour. Get your s*** together. The last time I ate there I ordered a large 1 topping pizza for carry out, and they said it would be over $16. When I got there to pick it up there were signs everywhere that said $10 large 1 topping pizzas, when I asked about it they changed it for me, but acted like they were confused and were just changing it because they didn't feel like arguing with me. Another time I went and ordered a large 1 topping, and it was over $14, while I was waiting on it to be made I overheard the morbidly obese woman working behind the counter quote them $10 for a large 2 topping. I asked if mine was correct and said I think I might have been overcharged. She pulled up my order on the computer and said it looked, "about right". and then said the $10 large 1 topping deal was only for large 2 topping pizzas and since I ordered a large 1 topping it was more expensive and said, "that's the kicker". Better ingredients, better pizza may be true, but they should add s***ty service in there too.

  Very disappointed! I ordered wings and a half &half pizza. I got 2 slices instead of half and the rest was pepperoni. The wings were super small and definitely not worth the money. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon. I don't know what happened to their idea of attention to detail since I quit working there just sad

  Food was good. Horrible customer service. Put a pick up order in at 9:42, was told to pick up in 20 minutes. Show up after 20 minutes and the doors were locked and some lady standing inside talking to one of her friends on the phone. Finally got let in by an employee in the parking lot, to have that lady tell me I'm lucky they are letting me in to get my order and that they stop pick ups at 10 pm. I then asked went would they even take my order and was told that they expected me to show up before 10. She then tries telling me I ordered at 9:20 and I told her that was incorrect. She searched through her computer to find the real time I ordered and judging by the look on her face she felt dumb. Didn't receive an apology or anything. Won't be going back
