  This Starbucks is right across the highway from my house, so it would be awesome and convenient to go there all the time, but I have never once had a good experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single time I have gone to this Starbucks my order is either wrong or just crappy. Every chai tea tastes like a cup of flavored milk, when I order a sandwich or snack I'm never given the one I asked for, a girl even rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my drink to be remade because I ordered a salted caramel latte and was given salted caramel mocha hot chocolate. I thought maybe it was just because it's new and the baristas are still learning but it still sucks. Two stars because there are days I don't have time to go to another Starbucks and crappy Starbucks is better than none I guess.

  Typical Starbucks minus the friendly staff. The staff here we more engaged with each other vs serving me.

  This store was typical but the service I received from David Williams (I believe that's his name) was stellar. He was so warm and friendly. I'd come back just to receive great service again.
