- 1 / 5By Sarah J.Waited at the drive-thru for several minutes in silence before asking if they were open (yes, they were) after ordering I waited at the window to pay for 2 minutes and 38 seconds (all the while watching three staffers inside argue out loud; loud enough me and my passenger to hear entire "colorful" conversation). After I was handed my order, I wasn't asked whether or not I needed thing else (like taco sauce), nor did anyone apologize for the wait. This is not the first time I received such poor customer service at this location however, it will be the last time I go back to this location.October 17, 2016
